The program is operated by Imoléayé Wellness (“ImoleAye,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), a wellness and aesthetics practice presented by Kleiman Healthcare Services, located at 8101 SW Nyberg St, Suite 106, Tualatin, OR 97062.

2. Types of messages we send

When you provide your mobile number and opt in, Imoléayé Wellness may send you text messages for the following purposes:

• Appointment messages — confirmations, reminders, scheduling changes, and follow-up after a visit.
• Conversational messages — replies to questions you send us about consultations, programs, treatments, or your care.
• Account and program updates — information about a program or package you have purchased, payment or financing reminders, and practice announcements such as hours or location changes.

After you send STOP, we may send you one final message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. If you want to join again, reply START or contact us to opt in once more.

7. Consent
